The UGNB-3M4 is our latest and most powerful pit launch horizontal directional drilling rig, designed with the participation and taking into account the requirements of many municipal contractors.
The machine has been engineered to operate from pit, it requires a very small space to work, but can provide trenchless pave of pipes up to 620 mm (24") diameter to a length up to 200 meters or more.
The UGNB-3M4 horizontal directional drilling rig can drill a concrete foundation or brick wall underground, and pull a pipe or cable into this hole, If you have this machine at your disposal, you will be able to complete most of the city and suburban projects.
Work out of the pit or basement:
The machine must be located in a pit, drill rods enter the soil in a horizontal plane, then the drilling path can be changed, for example, so that the tip goes into the sewer well or into the basement of the room, to the pit or even to the surface of the earth.
Path control is the same as in conventional HDD drilling rig, directional control by underground location systems such as Mark, DCI DigiTrack, Subsite, ERA or SNS (Russian made) and others.
The UGNB 3M4 is perfect choice for laying communications under roads and objects, for connecting houses to gas pipelines, water, sewers, for laying electric cables.
